WEST POINT, N.Y.- Senior Alex Lostetter's stellar four-year soccer career as Army's goalkeeper came to an end in the championship round of the Patriot League Tournament in November, but her success on the pitch was recently recognized in the Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) Draft preview that rated the top five prospects at her position. In the final NCAA ranking (12/19), Lostetter listed second in goals-against average (0.253) and in save percentage (0.922), besting the top five selections in both categories. The Black Knights shattered the school mark for shutouts with 16 (breaking the former mark of 13 set in 1993) with Lostetter registering 11 this season to tie her personal best. Army ranked No. 1 in the country in goals-against average (0.274), shutout percentage (0.762) and save percentage (0.919) in the final NCAA statistical poll of the season.
